Description
Primary responsibilities:Drive alignment and manage expectations of leadership, partners, and stakeholders.Drive day-to-day program efforts, including cross-functional meetings, action items, data management, status reporting, and risk mitigation.Prepare internal and executive-level presentation materials, facilitate meetings, document outcomes, and drive after-actions.Identify and drive process improvement opportunities to create efficiencies and improve overall outcomes.Consolidate, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to drive intelligent decision making.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS/A degree required
- Prior experience (2-5+ years) leading Program Management, Business Analysis, Data Science or a related role.
- Strong data analysis, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in the field of Program Management, Business Analysis, Data Science or a related role, including experience managing multiple, fast-paced projects simultaneously.
- A self-starter with a strong sense of integrity and personal accountability.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and forge strong partnerships.
- A polished verbal, written, and visual communicator with the ability to filter and distill relevant information for the appropriate audience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage complexity
- Resilience and flexibility when faced with uncertainty and changes in direction
