Duties: Responsible for in-depth understanding of Issuer Tech’s project and financial portfolio, tracking and reporting, implementing, and enforcing governance. Collaborate with multiple global partners while closely monitoring the implementation of large-scale projects. Track project status on internal applications which includes project setup and maintenance. Act as focal point for project application managers for guidance and assistance on Citi project management procedures and requirements. Responsible for project Milestone monitoring and tracking. Handle project risk and dependencies management. Interact with multiple interfaces globally. Liaise between technology teams. Handle Project Plan and status reporting. Coordinate end-to-end release regulations and procedures. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policy.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering (any), Computer Science, Information Security, Management Information Systems, or a related field, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Two (2) years of experience must include: Programming and conducting Project Management applying Software Development Life Cycle methodologies using standard project management tools including Redmine, MS Project, and JIRA; Performing Data mining and Cross-Functional analysis of complex data sets to identify data patterns towards portfolio risk management using tools including MS Excel and MS Access; Project portfolio reporting related to project status, financial health, risks, and issues using data from standard Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools including ServiceNow, Clarity, JIRA, and PPM express; Designing and developing ad-hoc reports, scorecards, trends, and KPIs using advanced Excel analytical functionality including macros, pivots, and MS PPT; and Business stakeholder management, roadmap implementation with process improvements, governance enforcement, and compliance reporting. 40 hrs./wk.
