Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of sales experience in technology, advertising, media agency, or internet, and experience growing a market.
Experience coaching and mentoring in a sales context. Experience creating plans to develop and maintain client relationships and accounts.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Google Ads and YouTube account management, managing advertising and/or media campaigns.
Ability to conduct necessary business communications in English professionally and fluently (written and spoken).
Ability to drive results in a multinational matrixed organization. Proven track record in creating and implementing successful sales strategies with customers.
Ability to organize workshops and learning seminars for agency C-level executives to elevate their understanding and adopt advertising solutions at scale. Ability to recruit, retain and lead a team of Account Managers to ensure improved growth, high client satisfaction and enhanced portfolio health.
Ability to coach high-performing sales teams to negotiate and close big revenue opportunities with C-level executives focused on delivering measurable ROI.
