In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
The Technical Lead in this role has experience implementing, integrating, and customizing independent software vendor (ISV) commercial packages such as CRM, ERP, finance, accounting, or industry-specific vertical packages.
The ISV Software Technical Specialist is characterized by a combination of general development knowledge with knowledge of the package and the specific domain to which the package refers.
Typical examples of deliverables are functional and technical designs, models, components, code, parameters, unit tests and documentation.
You will be responsible for primarily applying your technical skills to internal or external client billable services, and in an implementation environment.
- Experiência em Communications Cloud Salesforce no setor de telecomunicações;
- Expertise em Omnistudio (Vlocity) e Industries Order Management (OM).
- Desejável conhecimento em Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC) e Industries Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ);
- Formação superior completa;
- Certificações Salesforce;
