What You'll Do

Strategic Program Leadership

  • Drive execution of the APAC BTP Strategic Engagement Program, including its framework, methodology, and milestones, across APAC’s strategic accounts.
  • Act as the primary advisor for customers across the Business Technology Platform, ensuring alignment with SAP's outcomes-focused engagement approach.
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring customer collaboration, innovation, and value realization at every step of the journey.

Customer Value Enablement

  • Partner with customer core teams to foster an outcomes-driven mindset, ensuring SAP BTP solutions address specific business challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with customers to drive innovation and challenge the status quo, delivering tangible business value and competitive advantages.
  • Strong motivation to drive adoption/ consumption & alleviate challenges across the journey.
  • Design and facilitate workshops, use-case scenarios, and industry-focused programs to maximize SAP BTP adoption and impact.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Engage with cross-functional teams, including SAP Account Executives, Solution Specialist Sales, Solution Advisory, Customer Success Manager, Delivery & Partner Teams to orchestrate seamless program execution.
  • Support the customer’s BTP Core Team by providing strategic and technical guidance, ensuring regular progress tracking, alignment, and proactive risk mitigation.

Thought Leadership and Expertise

  • Establish yourself as a trusted senior advisor and thought leader, contributing to industry-specific strategies, trends, and best practices for BTP adoption.
  • Present compelling narratives and success stories to inspire customer executives and stakeholders about the transformative potential of SAP BTP.

Complex Deal Advisory

  • Provide guidance and support for high-value, complex engagements, ensuring alignment with customer goals and SAP’s strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive adoption, secure commitments, and transition successful engagements to delivery teams or implementation partners.


What You Bring

  • 7+ years of professional experience in IT, enterprise software, or cloud platforms, including leadership roles in advisory or strategic engagement capacities.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform or equivalent platforms, with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong background in working with strategic accounts and leading cross-business engagements.
  • Prior experience in Technology advisory/ consulting/ customer success teams
  • Deep hands-on experience on one or more of the key capability categories of SAP BTP viz. Application Development, Integration, Automation, Data & Analytics & Business AI.
  • Broader domain understanding of the capabilities above with knowledge/ experience on non-SAP technologies will be an added advantage.
  • Platform/ Technology Architecture skills to drive long-term strategy for customers with north star best-practice guidance
  • Deep understanding of enterprise business challenges and how technology can drive transformative outcomes.
  • Exceptional ability to craft and deliver compelling storylines and use cases tailored to diverse industries and stakeholders.
  • Proven capability to lead multi-stakeholder engagements, ensuring collaboration, alignment, and tangible results.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to influence C-level executives and technical teams.
  • Outcomes-focused mindset with a passion for driving innovation and challenging the status quo.
  • Collaborative and solution-oriented, with a proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
