U.S. Bank is seeking the position of Salesforce Service Cloud Engineer (multiple positions) in Irving, TX.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative solutions and build comprehensive web components and technology infrastructure to ensure customers experience seamless customer support.
  • Design routing profiles, queues, and flows in Amazon Connect to enable customer service representatives to address inquiries while maintaining corresponding data for future analysis and improvement.
  • Execute practices of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CICD) to upgrade product while ensuring seamless release.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX teams to design the front-end platform and user interface to enhance customer experience.
  • Consider scalability, reliability and performance of systems when defining technical designs.

Basic Qualifications:

Position requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, or a related field, and 2 years of experience as a Software Developer, or a related occupation.

Required Skills/Experience:

Experience must include 2 years of experience with each of the following:

Agile Environment; Integration techniques: REST and SOAP APIs; Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud; Jenkins, and GIT; and Bootstrap, Lightning Design System (LDS), Lightning Components Development, AngularJS, jQuery, and JavaScript.
