Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in Partner Management or Business Development with success in recruiting, onboarding, enabling, and managing partners.
10 years of experience in the HCLS sector working directly in or promoting into or partnering with the healthcare or life sciences industries.
Experience in managing generative AI ISVs in the HCLS sector.
Experience in public cloud solutions across SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or JD degree.
Experience escalating and presenting key issues and recommendations to executive leadership.
Ability to facilitate discussions, structure agreements, interpret legal documents, and work with legal teams to sign and manage agreements.
Ability to grasp technical and product concepts.
Ability to thrive in changing, collaborative, and ambiguous start-up like environments where thoughtfulness, an entrepreneurial mindset, dedicated execution, and relationships drive success.
