Position Title: Sales Operations Specialist, India

What you'll need:

  • 3-6 years of industry experience
  • Strong analytical skills and data orientation, attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with and navigate multiple stakeholders for closures
  • Self-starter and driven individual

Key Accountabilities

  • Bid/Tender management – Interface with Israel and India functions for bid completion
  • Contract Lifecycle management
  • Sales Connect management
  • AMC renewals coordination with support team and HQ Sales ops
  • Sales interface with internal collections team
  • First point of contact for end customer routine calls – “sales desk management”
  • Sales interface for internal project & support teams- during project delivery and ongoing warranty/AMC
  • Government customers communication repository
  • Partner interactions, due diligence, administrative correspondences

What you'll do:

  • Working closely with multiple internal teams including sales and operations teams.
  • Calls and Follow-ups with the clients
  • Deliver product demos within the team and to the prospects/clients.
  • Ensure superior customer satisfaction before and after project delivery.
  • Participate in conversations between the post-sales department and client.
  • Design, Develop and support various daily, weekly, monthly reporting.
  • Manage month and quarter-end processes ensuring all business is transacted and accurate.
  • First point of contact for end customer routine calls – “sales desk management”
  • Give suggestions to improve products and share clients feedback with the product development, marketing team, and other analysts.
  • Process Gaps Identification - Any changes we can do in our process, to convert the leads better.
