- 3-6 years of industry experience
- Strong analytical skills and data orientation, attention to detail

- Ability to work with and navigate multiple stakeholders for closures

Key Accountabilities
- Bid/Tender management – Interface with Israel and India functions for bid completion
- Contract Lifecycle management
- Sales Connect management
- AMC renewals coordination with support team and HQ Sales ops
- Sales interface with internal collections team
- First point of contact for end customer routine calls – “sales desk management”
- Sales interface for internal project & support teams- during project delivery and ongoing warranty/AMC
- Government customers communication repository
- Partner interactions, due diligence, administrative correspondences
What you'll do:
- Working closely with multiple internal teams including sales and operations teams.
- Calls and Follow-ups with the clients
- Deliver product demos within the team and to the prospects/clients.
- Ensure superior customer satisfaction before and after project delivery.
- Participate in conversations between the post-sales department and client.
- Design, Develop and support various daily, weekly, monthly reporting.
- Manage month and quarter-end processes ensuring all business is transacted and accurate.
- First point of contact for end customer routine calls – “sales desk management”
- Give suggestions to improve products and share clients feedback with the product development, marketing team, and other analysts.
- Process Gaps Identification - Any changes we can do in our process, to convert the leads better.
