You will be responsible for analyzing and improving workflow efficiency, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Your expertise in supply chain management and process improvement will contribute to the overall success of our organization. You will report directly to our Integrated Supply Chain Manager and work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our integrated supply chain operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and drive continuous process optimization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze current workflow processes and identify areas for improvement • Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflow and increase efficiency • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow integration • Identify and resolve bottlenecks and obstacles in the workflow • Monitor and evaluate workflow performance metrics • Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs • Provide training and support to employees on workflow processes and tools

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in supply chain management or process improvement • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
