About the Role

- - - - What the Candidate Will Do ----

  1. Build game-changing partnerships – Use your prospecting and relationship management skills to navigate complex organizations and bring the PT's top restaurant chains onto Uber Eats.
  2. Own your pipeline – Forecast, track, and manage deals seamlessly using Salesforce CRM and internal tools.
  3. Drive impact – Develop and execute an account strategy to hit (and exceed) monthly and quarterly targets.
  4. Negotiate like a pro – Lead contract negotiations that set the stage for long-term success, ensuring win-win economics for both Uber Eats and our partners.
  5. Seamless onboarding, seamless growth – Work with internal teams to launch and activate the best restaurant brands, making sure they hit the ground running.
  6. Stay ahead of the game – Join team reviews and strategy sessions to keep the momentum going and push the business forward.
  7. Be the Uber Eats ambassador – Represent our mission, brand, and product, making sure restaurants see the value we bring.
  8. Turn insights into action – Gather, analyse, and share market feedback to continuously improve the Uber Eats experience for our restaurant partners.

- - - - Basic Qualifications ----

  1. At least 3 years of professional experience with proven experience in sales.
  2. You are results-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated. You hustle until you get the job done!
  3. You have excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs.
  4. You are a team player who brings a positive spirit and energy, contributing to a great culture within a fast-paced environment.
  5. CRM experience (preferably Salesforce)
  6. Experience in the food delivery or hospitality industry is a plus.
  7. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)

- - - - Preferred Qualifications ----

  1. Experience sourcing, negotiating and driving contracts to closure and proven track record of delivering targets.
  2. Ability to fuse business, strategy, finance and legal concepts to lead complex, multifaceted deals
  3. Experience in technology or restaurant industry preferred
