Fellows Engagement Specialist
You will be responsible for facilitating the development and execution of Physicians in Training for Peripheral Vascular (PV) educational programs on understanding the utilization of Philips technology for fellows and residents throughout the United States. You will help to expand the infrastructure needed to allow for following, tracking & measuring outcomes (metrics) of fellows and work closely with the Physicians in Training PV field specialist to ensure fellows are moving through the fellow’s educational clinical pathway.
Your role:
- Interfaces with Physicians in training participants at meetings/ conferences as well as help to develop fellows training at these meetings.
- Records training activities and program effectiveness/surveys and feedback as well as timely after-action reviews and gathering metrics for Medical education dashboard.
- Take ownership of issues within function and shows resourcefulness and creativity when solving problems and addressing challenges.
- Professionally represents the Training and Education team at all events and ensures the culture created is represented.
- Ensures all field teams you are working with can articulate the Physicians in training Department Strategy of “Engage/Cultivate/Transition”.
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired a minimum 2+ years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Medical Education or equivalent OR no prior experience required with Master's Degree, however 4+ years of experience in the Cath lab medical device industry, preferred; also preferred is experience working with Physicians.
- Your skills include strong organizational skills, detailed oriented, strong written & verbal communication skills, exhibit business intelligence as well as executive presence; communicates in a manner that is clear and concise; and can adapt style to audience; PowerPoint, word, excel and outlook.
- You have a Bachelor's degree OR Master's Degree in Science, Medicine, preferred.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
- You also possess the ability to work with outside vendors, use effective metrics and develop and track those metrics to “tell the story.” Ability to interface with physicians at all levels and are able to travel up to 40% at times, which can often include weekends.

The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV is $96,000 to $153,900.
The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY is $101,250 to $162,000.
The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA is $106,300 to $170,100.
The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $113,400 to $181,440.
