• Onboarding Program Development:
• Tech Stack Utilization : Facilitate the adoption and effective use of key sales tools, including Salesforce, ElasticGPT (internal GenAI search), Seismic, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Regional Coordination : Collaborate regionally with EMEA Sales, SA, Services, and Customer Architect leaders to tailor training programs to specific regional sales strategies. Ensure regionally aligned, consistent, and repeatable education outcomes.
• Training Program Implementation : Design and implement regionally aligned training programs that are engaging, effective, and aligned with the latest industry best practices.
• Regularly update training materials to reflect new product features and market trends.
  Performance Metrics : Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Sales Ops to track leading and lagging KPIs to measure the effectiveness of onboarding and training programs.
• Use data-driven insights to continuously improve training timelines and outcomes.
• Cross-Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and HR, to ensure alignment and support for training initiatives.
  Continuous Improvement: Establish a feedback loop with field sales leaders and employees to gather feedback and improve training programs.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, sales enablement, training, or a related field. Proven track record of accelerating business outcomes through effective onboarding programs. Experience managing onboarding programs across multiple regions, particularly within EMEA.
• Event Coordination: Project management skills to create, communicate, and track details of Elastic training events.
• Technical Proficiency: Understanding of Salesforce, Seismic, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Generative AI tools. Ability to quickly learn and teach new technologies to drive adoption.
• Product Knowledge: Experience with or can quickly learn Elastic's core products: Search, Observability, and Security.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Currently living in Barcelona!
