Role and Responsibilities
1. [Task management] Plan to establish a project development plan and decide overall management tasks to align with development goals and schedule.
2. [Process management] Examine whether it is appropriate to add or change a development process and analyze system implementation and operation methodologies.
3. [Quality management] Analyze development issues and market VOC (Voice of Customer), establish a response plan and write a report on quality status.
4. [Operational support] Establish standards for management tasks and plan to analyze the current status by using various indices and plan for items to be improved.
5. Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
6. Good analytical and logical thinking skills
7. Strong ownership and team spirit
8. Proficiency in English to facilate cross border discussion and collaboration
9. Willing to work 100% WFO
Skills and Qualifications
• Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures
• Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
• Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information System, Information Technology, Software Engineering and Electrical Engineering from Reputable Universities.
• 3-5+ years’ experience in Product Management role.
