Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Project leadership: Lead sophisticated projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Partner management: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partnersrs.
- Project planning: Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and prioritization. When applicable, participate in strategic planning for the team.
- Risk management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Quality assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet Salesforce’s quality standards.
- Team management: Lead, mentor, and empower project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities and serve as a key cross-team problem solver.
- Reporting: Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management.
- Process improvement: Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of direct project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
- Outstanding organizational, communication(verbal/presentation/written),and interpersonal skills
- Motivated self-starter able to work independently with ability to keep up in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing project teams and driving successful project outcomes.
- Proven experience working with teams across multiple departments and functions
- Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with project management tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Salesforce products and how they connect to offer a comprehensive solution to our prospects and customers
- Creative agency experience
- Proficient in using Slack
