Philips Order Management Specialist contracts team

Your role:

• Processing contracts in SAP, timely preparation, veryfication

• Proactive monitoring of CRM leads and opportunities statuses for timely creation of commercial offers and avoidance of duplicates

• Building relations and active collaboration with stakeholders: Sales , Key Account Managers, Marketing, Master Data and Order Desk

• Handle order changes efficiently, meeting the needs of both sides customers and the company

• Monitor, report, and control the order book with precision and compliance

You're the right fit if:

• You have an Experience in Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Customer Service (Order Management experience is a plus!).

• You are Familiarity with SAP or Salesforce.

• You have a strong customer service mindset, problem-solving skills, and cultural awareness.

• You have fluency in English and excellent communication skills.

• You have a proactive attitude and a passion for teamwork and growth.

• You are a precise person who pays attention to details;

• You are an organized person with strong ownership that can work under time pressure;
