Your role:
Processing contracts in SAP, timely preparation, veryfication
Proactive monitoring of CRM leads and opportunities statuses for timely creation of commercial offers and avoidance of duplicates
Building relations and active collaboration with stakeholders: Sales , Key Account Managers, Marketing, Master Data and Order Desk
Handle order changes efficiently, meeting the needs of both sides customers and the company
Monitor, report, and control the order book with precision and compliance
You're the right fit if:
You have an Experience in Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Customer Service (Order Management experience is a plus!).
You are Familiarity with SAP or Salesforce.
You have a strong customer service mindset, problem-solving skills, and cultural awareness.
You have fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
You have a proactive attitude and a passion for teamwork and growth.
You are a precise person who pays attention to details;
You are an organized person with strong ownership that can work under time pressure;
