Your responsibilities will include creating a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to help develop the partner strategy for Amazon Air’s Air Cargo service. Your role will include onboarding new partners, setting up clear communication channels, and providing partners with everything they need to be successful in working with Amazon Air.

- Regularly interact with executives at potential partners/clients
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage strategic partners and complex deals- Contribute to the strategic development of features and functionality that maximize revenue and drive incremental margin from partner agreements- Execute the strategic partner development plan while working with key internal stakeholders
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 5+ years business/partner development experience
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
- MBA
