Your key responsibilities

- Manage the delivery of operational due diligence, post-merger integrations and separation / carve-out engagements, reporting to a Senior Manager, Director, or Partner.
- Analyse and evaluate operating models and financial information.
- Apply your project management skills in an M&A process and develop a project plan for pre-deal, integration or separation.
- Apply your problem-solving skills to identify and support to mitigate key risks and issues our client is facing as part of an integration or separation program.
- Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the client organisation and facilitate senior stakeholder conversations.
- Develop effective client relationships at the appropriate client level and being responsible for a high degree of client satisfaction with the engagement process and work products.
- Develop client deliverables in a fast-paced environment and conduct presentations to clients.

- Experience in professional services, management consulting, M&A or related corporate experience.

- Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in delivering high-quality reports and presentations.
- Adept at building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Proficient at Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Transaction or organisational transformation experience is a plus.
