As the primary relationship owner for a book of strategic publisher accounts, you’ll be responsible for driving growth, delivering strategic guidance, and ensuring our partners realize the full value of Digital Turbine’s solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support onboarding, partnership management, growth and optimization while identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Responsibilities:
    • Serve as the main point of contact for a book of highly strategic North American mobile app publishers and apps.
    • Own the full client lifecycle—from onboarding and integration to performance growth and retention.
    • Provide strategic consultation and day-to-day support to maximize publisher success and revenueProactively identify growth opportunities and lead upsell initiatives of Digital Turbine products and ntegrations.
    • Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineers, Data Science, and Product on account setup, optimization, troubleshooting, and QA
    • Analyze account data and deliver clear, actionable performance insights to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Resolve technical and business challenges by coordinating with internal teams and keeping clients informed.
    • Support finance with billing, invoicing, and fraud resolution to ensure accurate and timely
    • Share knowledge, trends, and case studies with internal teams to foster best practices across the organization.
    • 4+ years of experience in the ad tech industry, with a strong background in account management, client services or customer success--
      experience within the mobile ad tech space a huge plus!
    • Hands-on knowledge of mobile ad tech, including RTB, programmatic, ad exchanges, DSPs, and mediation platforms.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
    • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Excel.
    • Skilled in developing and delivering impactful presentations to senior-level clients and key internal takeholders.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex data or technical issues for clients.
    • Comfortable managing multiple accounts and tasks in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
    • Self-motivated, highly organized, and goal-driven with a collaborative spirit.
$132,600 - $159,200 a year
and is based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
