2024-2025 winter residential snow removal operations for the City of Omaha, Nebraska.You’ll professionalqualifications shall be demonstrated in the areas of construction contract administration, reading and interpreting specifications and standard drawings, using judgment to determine levels of completion during the operation, negotiating deductions, and coordination with the owner and contractors
This position is temporary and expected to last 3-4 months during the winter season.
Here's what you'll need
- Prior construction inspection experience of road/bridge projects or related;
- Able to work either days or nights, as required by the project assignment
- Ability to read contract documents and construction plans
- Valid Driver’s License with good driving record
Ideally, you'll also have:
- Site/Field Inspection experience
