SAP Plant Maintenance and Field Service Management, Manager / Senior Manager

Contract Type:Full-Time – Permanent
You will become key member of our SAP team. Your role will be focused primarily on the delivery of SAP services to a large global client implementing SAP S/4HANA. Secondary focus will be on support and broader practice development. In this role, you will help develop high-performing individuals and teams, leading and supporting them to deliver exceptional client services.
Key Responsibilities
- Participating in design workshops to gain a clear understanding of our client’s industry and business requirements.
- Learning about accelerators such as SAP Model Company or EY’s Pre-Configured Industry Solutions for potential use as design accelerators on client engagements.
- Customize SAP PM and FSM functionalities to meet the specific needs of clients, including asset management, work order planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and service execution.
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP Plant Maintenance and Field Service Management, considering best practices and industry standards.
- Drive the development and maintenance of the SAP Plant Maintenance and FSM architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and flexibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Producing key project deliverables including, design and configuration documentation, functional specs, data migration specs, test scripts, training materials etc.
- Sharing knowledge of best practice within the SAP team and across other firm disciplines, as well as developing other members of the SAP team
- Supporting the development of the SAP practice, including leading internal team activities, supporting sales activities, and facilitating client events.

To qualify for the role you must have
- A third level qualification in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience delivering in SAP Plant Maintenance and Field Service Management, with a proven track record of successful implementations and support
- Experience with, or demonstrable understanding of, S/4HANA best practice processes, key benefits, and implementation scenarios
- In depth knowledge of SAP PM and FSM modules, including configuration, customization and integration with other SAP modules and external systems
- Strong ability to lead, mentor and motivate teams, adopting a collaborative and supportive approach
- Proven ability to build and leverage relationships with senior-level clients
Ideally, you’ll also have
- A third level qualification in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Relevant SAP certifications in Utilities or related modules
- Experience with full asset lifecycle management using EAM capabilities in S/4HANA
- Proven ability to think strategically and translate business requirements into effective SAP Plant Maintenance and FSM solutions
