Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance processes and resolve operational issues.
Continuous Improvement: Promote lean manufacturing principles, the 5S program, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Team Development: Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, coaching, and training to team members.

You Must Have
Proven leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
2+ years of experience in leading projects or teams within the aerospace manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in manufacturing methods, productivity tools, and SAP.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Proficiency in the use of RCCA methodology to identify root causes and resolve problems.
Commitment to ensuring production employees comply with HSE corporate policies and regulations.
