As our Consultant or Senior Consultant in Finance Strategy and Transformation, you'll play a key role in driving financial innovation and strategic change for our clients. You'll use your expertise to develop compelling business cases, contribute to the design of finance strategies, and be part of transformative projects that have a real impact on our clients' growth and efficiency.
Your key responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and execution of finance strategies that lead to tangible improvements in client operations.
- Utilise your conceptual thinking skills to help craft long-term, sustainable solutions in the finance sector.
- Gain exposure to cutting-edge digital finance trends and help set new standards in industry practices.
What we look for
- Relevant experience for the Consultant role is typically 1-3 years, while the Senior Consultant role requires 3-5 years.
- Consulting and financial services experience, with a focus on business case development, finance strategy, and an understanding of transformation roadmaps.
- Knowledge of finance compliance, regulation awareness, and the ability to assess operational risks.
Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
- Analytical skills with the capability to interpret complex data and provide strategic insights.
- Interest in digital strategy and its application within the finance industry is an advantage.
