Understand and own the end-to-end integration of MES and ERP applications as they apply to the production site
Triage issues that come from production sites and ensure they are being resolved or routed to the proper teams
Create workarounds for issues that require immediate solutions if a permanent one is not immediately available
Document troubleshooting guides and provide training to users so that they are empowered to resolve issues on their own
Work as an incident commander of production-critical calls that require coordination between cross-functional teams
Root cause analysis with cross-functional teams and provide clear, concise, data/log-backed context on issues as well as immediate corrective action and/or planned preventative action to mitigate future negative impacts
Maximize productivity in a constantly changing environment of shifting priorities
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering field, evidence of exceptional ability, or equivalent experience
Must be willing and able to work a 12-hour night shift on a rotating schedule of 3 or 4 days per week, following an AWS (Alternative Work Schedule) format
Knowledge of any MES, WMS, or ERP system
+2 years of support experience
+2 years of working knowledge of SQL
+1 year of experience with Python, Go, or another software development language
+1 year of experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk
Must be able to understand integrated systems and their dependencies
Strong organizational skills along with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and excellent interpersonal skills, energetic, & a self-starter
The individual must be well-versed in all Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
