- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting
Human Resources (HR)/People processes. - 5 years of experience with operational initiatives.
- Experience in local legal and regulatory requirements for local HR practices and standards.
- Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to support client management in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in Lean/Six Sigma.
- Experience with data-driven decision making, data analysis, and with Sheets and AppsScript.
- Experience in human resources, people programs, or other people related roles.
- Experience with Digital Transformation/HR Digitalization.
- Experience with leading multiple priority projects in parallel and program managing projects.
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas.
