- Sales Experience: Proven track record in enterprise software sales, preferably in data and AI solutions.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of data management, analytics, AI, and cloud-based solutions.
- Technical Acumen: Ability to articulate and demonstrate data solutions, including databases, data governance, and AI-driven insights.
- Consultative Selling: Experience in engaging with C-level executives and technical stakeholders to drive solution adoption.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify customer challenges and propose tailored IBM Data solutions.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Experience working with cross-functional teams, including technical sales, consulting, and partners.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Adaptability & Learning Agility: Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and market trends.
