Spearhead strategic initiatives to enhance KPI performance at service and collision centers
Handle daily part price escalation, addressing missing or incorrect part prices, and maintain part pricing with the finance team for all vehicle models (including upcoming models)
Collaborate with internal teams to benchmark and maintain part pricing
Serve as the subject matter expert in parts processes, driving the development and implementation of best practices and quality standards
What You’ll Bring
Previous experience at Tesla in a parts-related role, with a strong understanding of the parts system and inventory management, preferred
Proven leadership in team training, coaching, and project management, with strong communication skills across organizational levels
Proficiency in Excel; SQL experience is a plus. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
