Job Description
You will be a key member of the Oncology Marketing Team responsible for supporting the development and taking the lead in implementation of tactical marketing plans for selected indications, supporting the achievement of the commercial objectives. The development and implementation of commercialization strategies is done in close collaboration with the marketing teams in our division, as well as with the regional marketing teams. You will be reporting into the Commercial Operations Lead.
Main responsibilities
Key accountability is to customize and implement, through appropriate leadership, direction and action, agreed global/regional existing and new indications strategies and commercialization plans by:
Taking the lead on strategy development, implementation, and execution of the marketing plans for the gastro-intestinal indications. Leveraging digital marketing capabilities and customer experimentation
Build, maintain and deepen engagement with academic and external industry-based experts and providers who are focusing on indication-specific healthcare (e.g. oncologists, surgeons, surgeons).
Lead and intensify existing strategic partnership within Oncology and identify new opportunities to expand on these.
Acting as primary point-of-contact for the global and regional marketing teams to represent the voice of the Mid-Europe Region.
Contribute to the development of a stakeholder strategy and stakeholder plans; including innovative value-added propositions.
Taking the lead on monitoring marketing activities, coordination of data collection and interpretation, and preparation of the results for informed decision making
Leveraging an omni-channel approach to meet the changing customer needs for new ways of consuming content.
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement)
You have experience and strong affinity with digital marketing and customer experimentation
You have strong communicative skills, to create and carry out action plans in matrix cross-functional team structures
You exhibit strong leadership, problem solving, project planning, teamwork, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills
You should also be willing to travel within the region and work cross-culturally
Fluent in Dutch and English
