Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze local market conditions to identify commercial opportunities and allocate resources effectively

  • Cooperate smoothly with regional and global marketing teams to align, develop and execute effective local marketing strategy for the oncology portfolio (including new launches).

  • Lead cross-functional teams’ efforts to ensure alignment with brand/ indication priorities.

  • Provide clear strategic guidance to Sales Teams on regular bases

  • Enhance customer’s experience utilizing traditional and digital communication channels.

  • Establish and maintain professional relationship with scientific leaders and key stakeholders.

  • Provide accurate forecasting for brand / indication volumes

  • Manage promotional budgets with high level of forecast accuracy including monthly phasing

Qualifications:

  • Education: relevant commercial or health sciences qualification.

  • Fluent English in speech and writing.

  • At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical market

  • Experience with multinational pharmaceutical companies.

  • Preferred background in oncology sales or marketing

  • Advantageous to have digital marketing qualifications
