- Excellent interpersonal skills, especially the ability to filter and distill meaningful information to the right audience.
- 5+ years of experience developing software for Apple platforms.
- Experience working in a leadership capacity for software features or engineering teams.
- Experience balancing competing priorities and resources from different teams and organizations.
- A passion for communication technologies.
- A background solving technical challenges in an application development environment while supporting engineering teams, building and managing their relationships, and navigating their delivery dependencies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, especially the ability to filter and distill meaningful information to the right audience.
- Deep experience working on products built to enable communication. Ideal candidates will have experience with the Apple Messages ecosystem.
- Thorough experience with and enthusiasm for AR/VR. Ideal candidates spend many hours per week working with and living on AR/VR hardware.
- Experience leading multiple concurrent projects and features, including: scope, requirements, timelines, resource allocation tracking, stakeholder management, communications, and risk assessments.
- Understand and work on cross-functional projects with multi-functional schedules across the Apple ecosystem.
