Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 3+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, or related experience
- OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 1+ year(s) supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, or related experience
- OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Effective analytical skills and knowledge in root cause analysis/problem solving and the ability to implement and drive corrective actions and efficiencies in a matrix environment
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage key stakeholders, resolve problems and seek practical solutions
- Proficiency in Enterprise Planning systems (such as SAP, Oracle, E2Open, etc.) and business intelligence engines (SQL, Power BI, Power Pivot, Tableau, etc.) are highly desired for this role.
- A proven track record of growth and increasing responsibility, specifically in acquiring scope/leading areas in supply chain and capacity planning.
- Effective understanding of S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) elements and process
- Experience in Supply Chain Master Data management and governance
- Supply Chain experience within a Cloud Organization
