Establish a Service Compliance Program that provides the Field Service team with clear, concise, and regularly updated information regarding service requirements in any given geographic region
Manage a knowledge base that captures the procedures for service licensing, testing, registration, and reporting
Assist in the development of training programs that address regulatory compliance requirements
Collaborate and establish partnerships with other internal policy stakeholders to address newly introduced and existing government policies that have an impact on service delivery
Conduct comprehensive research and remain updated on federal, state, and local regulations governing electrical and electronic repairs as well as EV infrastructure operation
Serve as the intermediary between inspectors or regulators and Field Service Leadership, facilitating effective communication and understanding
Undertake project management responsibilities for the review, development and implementation of Service procedures that are affected by new regulations, policies, or codes as proposed or enacted by local governments
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of regulatory work experience in the electrical field
Familiarity with California's Registered Service Agent Program, NEVI, or IRA Licensing requirements
Knowledge of Electrical or Electronic Installation regulations and repair or EV infrastructure maintenance
Working knowledge of Jira or another computerized ticketing program
Excellent diligence, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Strong commitment to ethical and honest business conduct. Effective communication skills include interacting with a diverse group of individuals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines, take initiative, and work independently and as a team
