- Impress even the pickiest shoppers with advanced product knowledge, especially in your focus areas.
- Mentor selected team members on foundational and seasonal product knowledge to raise the bar for everyone.
- Keep the store’s visual merchandising game strong and aligned with brand standards.
Efficient & Effective Store Operations:
- Handle deliveries and merchandise quickly and keep shelves stocked so our top products are always on display.
- Move through transactions smoothly and accurately, keeping the checkout line on point.
- Help minimize loss both in the stockroom and the sales floor—think of it as a defence for team inventory.
- Keep the floor safe and efficient, and pitch in where needed to support teammates.
- Complete all training programs and seek coaching to elevate your game continually.

Skills You Bring to the Table:
