You’ll be responsible for the participation in the commercial processes for potential engagement opportunities as a solutions expert. You’re working closely with the EAM and Sales Manager in shaping opportunities and sharing expertise in pre-sales client facing activities and negotiations. In this role, you will have a massive impact on our organization by working on crucial elements impacting customer experience, operational excellence and other business/organizational/service offering related projects.
Other things that are also part of your role are:
- Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the industry, the Endoscopy world, competitive landscape, customer needs and volumes to evolve and prioritize commercial contracting strategies, solutions and programs.
- Building relationships to last with colleagues and contracts across the whole organization and acting as an ambassador of Solutions & Services both internally as well as externally.
- Driving segmentation by considering both European and local market drivers to define key value propositions for each segment together with the marketing department. You will be the one providing the marketing team with field knowledge and insights to help support the program definition and leveraging on the intelligence collected (also by the marketing team).
- Engaging closely with key stakeholders, such as purchasing departments and management leads to shape and influence tenders, ensuring alignment with commercial strategies and value propositions.
In this role you will be working for the Benelux.
The ideal person we are looking for:
- You have at least 3 years of relevant experience for this role – this could be either in similar positions or for example in an account manager role where you worked within the MedTech industry and/or a global matrix organization.
- Important: you are fluent in Dutch and English. It is a plus if you are also fluent in French.
- Love to act as a mentor or coach for more junior colleagues and help them grow their skills. On a broader scale, you can and have shared best practices with people in the organization.
- Have a continuous improvement mindset and naturally will add value by suggesting new ideas, improvements and/or work processes which are typically impacting multiple teams.
- Are genuinely curious and keep up with market trend and developments, which also help you to understand the competitive environment that we are working in.
- Have (some) experience in leading cross-functional projects with manageable risks and resource requirements (small part of the job).
- You use data and your complex problem-solving skills to judge situations, facilitate and propose new solutions.
