General Responsibilities:

• Develop a thorough understanding of our business products and domains

• Demonstrate and translate business needs into technical solutions

• Partner with appropriate domains to intake & triage new Intents

• Collaborate heavily across Product, Architecture, and Engineering to refine intent and drive solution consensus

• Communicate and collaborate with technical, project, and business resources verbally and through written documentation.

• Provide high-quality system solutions that focus on reuse, scalability, resilience and performance

• Identify technical obstacles early and work closely with teams to find creative solutions

• Educate team members on capabilities and constraints of technology platforms and trade-offs

• Ensure all architecture decisions, risks, dependencies and downstream impacts are properly documented, communicated and understood.

• Support the health of production systems by building quality into the discovery, planning, and analysis phases of delivery

• Recognize automation opportunities and design and implement data quality strategies

• Implements standard architectural patterns and solutions to increase design and implementation efficiency

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience

• At least 5 years of experience with systems analysis and design

• At least 3 years of experience as an application or solution architect

• At least 3 years experience in cloud technology (AWS, GCP, Azure)

• At least 3 years experience with an Agile environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree

• 2+ plus years with TOGAF, C4, or similar architecture frameworks

• Familiarity with lean principles

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to a variety of audiences

New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $201,400 - $229,900 for Manager, Solution Architecture San Francisco, California (Hybrid On-Site): $213,400 - $243,500 for Manager, Solution ArchitectureThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
