Key Responsibilities:
Implement Trade Marketing plans in alignment with global and local strategies, focusing on priority channels and key accounts.
Coordinate, support and execute in-store activations, optimize traffic generator plans, and drive sell-through, with a focus on defined tiers of doors.
Support the development of account-specific marketing materials and sell-out tools.
Collaborate with sales and retail teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of campaigns.
Coordinate with Visual Merchandising (VM) to ensure consistent brand representation across stores.
Assist in planning and tracking marketing budgets per campaign and provide input for ROI analysis.
Support the opening of new stores and renovations, working with Store Development and external vendors.
Ensure supplier coordination, efficient, cost saving and timely delivery of all campaign materials and activations.
Plan, Controle and manage Sales Working Budget for the relevant channels.

Strong aesthetic, creative skills and innovative mindset.
Strong project coordination, organizational and budget management skills
Commercial understanding and ability to link marketing to sales impact
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across teams and timelines
Comfortable with working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
Fluent in English and Hebrew
Requisite Education and Experience:
University degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
3–5 years’ experience in trade marketing, retail marketing or sales in consumer goods, fashion, or sports industry
Previous experience managing small teams or cross-functional projects preferred
