As an MBA Product Manager you will define product vision and strategy by leveraging a deep understanding of the customer experience and competitive market. You will identify short-and long-term investment opportunities, evaluate tradeoffs, and drive the product roadmap. This opportunity will allow you to builds consensus on product strategy and work with partners to align on trade-offs and disclosures. You will define features and partner with stakeholders to achieve vision and defined goals for a specific product(s) or set of features, from product definition and planning through development, release, and end of life. This opportunity will allow you to focus on central, cross-functional leadership of a product.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree AND 4+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development.

Responsibilities
  • Begins to identify customers’ unmet needs and market opportunities for features through analysis and customer feedback. Scopes impact and prioritization with minimal guidance, collaborates on market research, builds experiences, develops problem statements and hypotheses, performs experiments, aligns customer needs with market goals, works with various teams, validates market size, defines solution options, and synthesizes results into solutions tied to OKRs and KPIs.
  • Works on a group of features or feature areas (e.g., product, service) and may own a feature. Collaborates with others to help write the product framing/vision memo, create user stories and epics, and design integrated scenarios.
  • Drive and track success criteria of a feature group. You’ll also partner with others to identify short-term investment opportunities and collaborate with partners to garner support for that feature group.
  • Demonstrates the competence to define the features or feature set and partners with Design teams to connect multiple design factors (e.g., visual design, user experience [UX], application programming interfaces [APIs], hardware design) to desired functionality and product vision.
  • Starts to own a portion of the roadmap for a group of features or feature areas (e.g., product, service).
  • Collaborates with Product Marketing, Business Planning, and Engineering, to identify product release criteria, customer acquisition, usage, retention and monetization strategies, with minimal guidance.
  • Builds trust with a targeted selection of customers. Enables a line of communication with customers to capture feedback and insights through the product development lifecycle. Begins to manage customer communities and customer engagement programs.
