As a Lead Manufacturing Associate at Honeywell, you will be accountable for lead manufacturing Maintenance in our Baton Rouge location within the Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS) business unit. You will report directly to our Maintenance Manager and work on-site in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and effective manufacturing maintenance, meeting production targets, and maintaining quality standards. You will guide a team of manufacturing associates, providing guidance, training, and facilitation to ensure their success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guide and supervise a team of manufacturing associates, providing guidance, training, and facilitation
- Ensure manufacturing operations meet production targets and quality standards
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Work with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
YOU MUST HAVE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance
- Strong guide skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
WE VALUE
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in a supervisory or guide role in manufacturing
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing ethics
- Strong communication and people-oriented skills
