- Interact with customer directly to understand the business problem and requirements, and help scope technical projects that will drive business outcomes and ROI.- Dive deep into custom LLM model architectures to migrate and optimize for performance and cost on Neuron chips.

- 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 7+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ proven experience in driving the delivery of large technology programs or products
- Knowledge of one or more ML Frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, JAX) and ML methods including GenAI foundation models, computer vision models, multimodal techniques

- Experience as a founder or executive focused on related segments, or as a practice leader or business unit owner
- Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations
- Graduate degree (MS or PhD) in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related technical/scientific field
- Experience with Machine Learning acceleration, model optimization and profiling
- Familiarity with common enterprise services and working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies
- Strong communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to convey technical concepts and considerations to non-experts
- Experience managing program across cross functional teams, building mechanisms at scale
