Minimum 4 years of comprehensive experience in Business Planning and Analysis (BPNA) coupled with extensive Program management Office experience.
Develop and implement operations strategies, oversee initiatives, and manage expense and headcount planning/forecasting across multiple geographies.
Demonstrate strong technical skills with financial models, with at least 2-3 years of experience as a Model Risk Management (MRM) model sponsor preferred.
Should have proven track record of driving Operational efficiency through performance management and productivity saves initiatives aligned with Citi’s tactical pillars.
Possess a deep understanding of Citi's technology infrastructure, with a track record of successful technology projects and implementations.
Exhibit proven capabilities in Records management and governance combined with clear understanding of the associated risks and controls responsibilities.
Experience in handling divestiture related activities and complaints management along with deep understanding of various aspects of operational transition.
Third Party Management experience as a Business Activity Owner is a plus, with focus on continuity, consistency, and monitoring potential conflicts of interest.
At least 10-15 years of people leadership experience as manager of managers, including at least 5 years of managing regional teams in different Asian markets.
