Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with divisional compensation teams and the Sales Compensation Center of Excellence (CoE) to design and optimize Anaplan solutions that support business needs.
- Maintain and enhance existing Anaplan models, adding new capabilities and resolving errors.
- Support the long-term execution of Boston Scientific's Anaplan Roadmap, extending connected planning areas such as Sales Incentive Compensation, Quota Setting, Territory Management/Optimization, Headcount Planning, and Compensation Modeling.
- Collaborate with IT partners, other applications, and business units to streamline and monitor data flows, identifying opportunities for automation and increased efficiencies.
- Enhance reporting capabilities to provide additional insights and analytics from existing models.
- Identify opportunities for business process improvements and establish effective and efficient processes on an ongoing basis.
- Provide training and share Anaplan Model Building best practices to support divisional compensation analysts in maximizing Anaplan's potential.
- Communicate task status and manage project timelines and action items effectively.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or a closely related function.
- 5+ years of experience with Anaplan Model Building, with Level 2 or higher Certification highly preferred.
- Experience with Sales Compensation and Commissions processes preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn new technology and deliver meaningful results.
- Strong math skills and business acumen, with the ability to solve complex problems using a logic-based approach.
- Expert-level Excel experience.
- Excellent strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to synthesize large amounts of information and logically structure deliverables.
- Experience with reporting visualization tools like Tableau preferred.
- Familiarity with MS Access, Salesforce, SQL, and other programming languages preferred.
