Manage the GTM activation strategy across North America for key strategic GSI partners and execute joint integrated campaigns to build partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline to meet sales objectives.
Work with the VP, North America Regional Marketing, other members of the North America Partner Marketing team, and the global Growth Marketing & Campaign teams to launch joint marketing activities that build brand awareness and sales pipeline for the Cloud business.
Design and manage comprehensive, strategic campaigns focused on North America for each designated GSI partner. Collaborate internally across several teams including Field Marketing, ABM, Industry Marketing, Global Campaigns, Portfolio Marketing, Corporate Marketing, and externally with partner organizations to activate. Joint initiatives including in-person and virtual events, ABM programs, partner sales meetings, and the creation of joint collateral, as well as partner-focused digital campaigns with syndication, paid social, and other digital activities.
Manage event participation and execute marketing surround strategy and sales activations for partner-led in-person and digitally hosted events. Ensure Informatica's presence supports and is integrated into the greater GTM partner marketing plans to achieve results and program ROI.
Collaborate across the Alliances management team to effectively execute partner campaigns and support program sponsorships with MDF budgets, partner credits and other relevant sources of funding.
Participate actively in continuous planning discussions with Global Alliance and Channel Partner Sales teams to identify and develop new marketing opportunities with strategic GSI and premium channel partners. Align these opportunities strategically with Informatica's core strengths and prioritize them in relation to current investments making any necessary trade-offs to enhance the likelihood of successful pipeline outcomes.
Provide accurate reporting program ROI for marketing sourced pipeline influenced by Partner Marketing activities.
Work with Sales Enablement, Product Management and Alliances teams to manage partner enablement activities for new and existing partners and deliver relevant partner communications to ensure all internal and external teams are informed on all joint strategic Partner-related Marketing plans and activities across North America.
Support successful implementation of NA partner sponsorships and presence at Global Informatica events such as Informatica World and Company Kickoff.
Be a key liaison across the North America and Global Partner Marketing teams to drive joint collaboration, efficiency and scale for campaign execution.

Role Essentials
5 plus years of Partner Marketing experience in a Field-focused role, managing and executing a mix of direct partner marketing activities that build the brand, create demand and accelerate pipeline (i.e. face-to-face and virtual events, digital campaigns, account-based marketing); enterprise software experience.
Experience in a previous Partner Marketing role, working with large Global System Integrators such Deloitte, KPMG, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, and others. Experience with regional SIs.
Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns and programs that deliver a strong ROI – on time, within budget.
Comfortable providing a strong point of view on all Partner Marketing engagements through a solid understanding of the sales and marketing ecosystems, leveraging marketing best practices and individual marketing acumen.
A data-driven marketer with deep working knowledge of marketing and reporting tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Power BI, 6 Sense, and other leading automation marketing software, SaaS or technologies to effectively run and measure ROI on all regional campaigns and programs.
