In this role, you will:
- Act as a Business Execution Consultant to Commercial Bank Sales Enablement and Sales Teams to identify predictive insights and gen AI opportunities, align with UI/UX interactions, and develop and validate insights for key internal banker stakeholders and sales managers.
- Lead the resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to SDLC Business Analysis and Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Agile SDLC delivery methodology.
- Work with Subject Matter Experts and end user to produce product roadmap and answer design questions.
- Align with user roadmaps and journeys to provide value added enhancements to toolset.
- Provide Product vision, direction, and expertise to Project team and Champions for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational.
- Lead team meetings to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans.
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the Program leadership
- Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Product Management/Product Ownership
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Customer Insights Journeys.
- Working Knowledge of AI/ML modeling principles.
- Commercial Banking Financial Services Market exposure
- Experience with Commercial Client Data Analysis
- Experience building Commercial c360 product
- Experience designing Banker Data Driven Insights
- Experience with JIRA and Agile processes
