- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience managing and leading product management and marketing teams.
- 10 years of experience as a people manager in Product Management.
- Experience operating in a global role or on a global scale.
- Experience building software and distributed systems or developer tools.
- Experience with Enterprise Cloud and product management leadership.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading product management for control plane for an infrastructure offering.
- Experience leading product management for control plane in an enterprise environment.
- Ability to define and prioritize the product roadmap towards the Northstar vision, balancing agility, time to market, innovation and tech debt reduction.
- Demonstrated ability to build and communicate a powerful long-term vision and strategy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements.
- Excellent communication, people, and presentation skills.
