Description
In this role, you’ll build strong partnerships with Retail, Marcom, and other teams across Apple to create new content experiences that promote digital support at strategic moments. You’ll form intuitive and friendly customer journeys, with attention to links and content hierarchy, localization, and UX writing principles. Additional responsibilities include:- Combine data analysis and creative thinking to optimize content, synthesizing requests and inputs from a variety of sources- Lead conversations with partners to find consensus and build timelines for content creation and change- Track key critical metrics to measure content efficiency and develop improvement plans as needed
Key Qualifications
- 6+ years experience working in digital content creation, strategy, and/or related fields
- Experience using key metrics and research to make decisions
- Experience influencing partners, driving consensus, and completing projects with a cross-functional team
- Experience with technical support and troubleshooting content
- Knowledge of evolving technologies and their impact on content
- Ability to thrive in high pressure environments, under tight timelines, while maintaining a strong attention to detail
Education & Experience
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience required, Masters Preferred
