As our SAP Change Consultant you will work within engagement teams to deliver change solutions for clients and deliver projects across the full change spectrum. You will:
- Use your knowledge and experience in the delivery of challenging projects across a diverse range of organisations
- Drive implementation of solutions, develop recommendations and reports, prepare client presentations
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to provide advice and support on change and learning projects
- An active member of the EY Change and Learning Community, assisting with inclusion and belonging of team members and operating as a part of a high performing team

- Extensive experience in delivering change management on large SAP programs
- Specific SAP module experience includes Procurement, Supply Chain or Maintenance
- Competency in leading the change effort in functional areas (Procurement or Supply Chain or Maintenance)
- Experience using complex quantitative and qualitative data to provide analysis
- Demonstrable ability to work with client stakeholders and establish rapport
- Understand the impact of change management to enable/enhance workforce performance, engagement, and wellbeing
- Knowledge of/experience in any of the following technologies and their organisational implications:
- Emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Big Data, RPA, IoT, Blockchain) and enabling software (e.g., Blue Prism)
