- - - - What the Candidate Will Do ----

• Ensure seamless courier operations across 20–30 cities
• Manage relationships with delivery service partners
• Optimize daily courier supply to meet fluctuating demand
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency
• Identify performance gaps and implement data-driven solutions
• Plan for peak periods and special events (e.g. marathons, holidays) to ensure service reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Account Managers, Fleet Partners, and Territory Leads
• Contribute to continuous improvement by balancing courier availability and cost efficiency across multiple territories

- - - - Basic Qualifications ----

• Business level German language proficiency and fluency in English
• 2 years of experience in management consulting/project management/operations in a top tier consultancy, tech company, large business, startup or similar organization
• High degree of ownership and ability to drive workstreams forward, exemplifying strong planning and organizational skills and an ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Excellent Google Sheet skills
• Strong communication skills to share information formally or informally with key stakeholders
• Critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and the desire to learn and understand complex topics

• Data-driven project management skills and decision making mentality through excellent analytical thinking
• SQL or other database/programming experience is a plus
