Responsibilities :
Purpose: Responsible for overall data foundation program direction and setup/orchestration incl. planning, business demand, roadmap, cadence and release cycles making the program a success.
• Able to support, facilitate and help manage stakeholders and steering groups with varying maturity, buy-in and understanding for the topic at hand.

• Good analytical skills combined with being structured and organised.
• Good interpersonal communication skills: active listening, coaching, and facilitating.
• Ability to make complex situations simple, understood and embraced.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Bachelors in Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in Agile Project/Program Management, SCRUM/SAFE/GARAGE etc.
- Plus with knowledge, experience and skills within the area of modern data platforms.
