Key job responsibilities
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Own the partner journey through the program, from onboarding and activation to developing innovative strategies to drive partners’ co-sell acceleration at scale
• Drive program automation, working cross-organizationally with tech and non-tech teams, that simplifies and enhances the partner experience and increases overall team efficiency
• Develop, audit, and improve processes and mechanisms to support partner (and where applicable, AWS partner management) onboarding, enablement/support, compliance, offboarding, and reporting
• Work directly with external customers (e.g. APN ISV Partners)
• Build and maintain successful partnerships with global teams, segment stakeholders and key business sponsors across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC
• Design and track business metrics and perform business analysis to measure impact, effectiveness, appropriateness, and adoption to be reported to leadershipAbout the team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience working in or with partner or alliance teams
