KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of automatic flight control systems with involvement in every aspect of the systems lifecycle, from the front end of development through product end of life.
- Conduct system analysis, definite system requirements and specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of avionics systems
- Test and validate flight control systems to ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards
- Provide technical guidance and support to resolve complex issues related to flight control systems
- Systems design
- Model-based systems development
- Flight test and issue investigation
- Requirement analysis and decomposition
- Systems validation & verification
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as engineering, science, or technology
6+ years of experience working on Flight Controls, autopilot, Fly-By-Wire or other Avionics engineering programs.

Past Flight Controls, AFCS, autopilot, Fly-By-Wire or related Avionics
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to identify problems and significantly improve or change existing methods and techniques
Ability to adapt dictated by program changes
