Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 7+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
- 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure Core Platform & Window Server technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
• 6+ years experience leading technical projects, teams, or functions - Experience with directory services like LDAP, Active Directory, or NIS and enabling authentication with hybrid cloud environments
- Experience with large-scale clusters and distributed resource management using tools like SLURM or Kubernetes
- Proficiency with virtualization technologies, e.g., AVS, AVD, VNC, etc.
- Familiarity with automating the provisioning and configuration of infrastructure in a cloud environment using tools like Packer, Azure Image Builder, Terraform, Bicep, Ansible, etc.
- Knowledge and understanding of advanced networking and security scenarios (e.g., configuring DNS, VPN, proxies, and firewalls)
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications) or breadth of technical experience and knowledge in foundational application development and tooling, foundational AI, architecture design, with strong technical understanding of cloud deployment scenarios and workloads and proven ability to map the customer’s needs to technical solutions.
